This Privacy Policy shows you the policies and procedures we have in place for collecting, using and disclosing your information. Clients can use Bonsai Cloud Solutions services (the “Service”) through our websites, and, applications on Devices, through API’s and through third-parties. A “Device” can be considered as any computer that can be used to access the Service provided by Bonsai Cloud Solutions, including without limitation a desktop, laptop. mobile phone. tablet. or other consumer electronic devices. This Privacy Policy determines your access to Bonsai Cloud Solutions Service, regardless of how you access it, and by using our Services you agree to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Privacy Policy. Where Bonsai Cloud or Bonsai Cloud Solutions is used, it is referring to the services provided by Bonsai Cloud Solutions. All of the various forms of data, content and information stated below are collectively referred to as “information”.

1. Information collected and stored

We may collect and store the information below while running Bonsai Cloud Solutions Service:

Data you provide: When you register an account with us, we will ask you for some personal information, such as your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home and business postal addresses. You can also ask us to import your details by giving us access to your third party services (or example, your email account) or access to your social networking information, if we are given access your account on social network services by yourself. You also might provide us with your contacts’ email address when sharing folders or files with them.

Files: We collect and store the files you choose to upload, download, or access with Bonsai Cloud Solutions Services(“Files”). If you choose to add a file that has been previously uploaded by you or another user on to our Bonsai Cloud Solutions Services, we might associate all or portions of the previous file with your account rather than storing duplicate files.

Log Data: When you use Bonsai Cloud Solutions Services, we automatically record information from your device, its software, and the activity of your usage. This data could include the devices Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, the web page visited before you came to our website, information you search for on our website, location preferences, ID numbers associated with your devices, your mobile service provider, date and trim stamps linked to your transactions, metadata regarding your files and other interactions with the Service.

Cookies: We also will use “cookies” to collect information in order to improve our Services. A Cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your device. We could use “persistent cookies” to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Service. “Session ID cookies” can be used to enable specific features of the Service, to understand how you interact with the Service and to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on the Service. You are able to change the settings on your browser to stop accepting cookies, or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from websites you visit. However by not accepting the cookies, you may experience a limited access to all of the Services.

2. How We Use Personal Information

Personal Information: While you use our Service, we may collect personal information, to be used to contact or identify yourself (“Personal Information”). Personal Information is or can be used: i) for providing and improving our Service, ii) for administrating your use of the Service, iii) for better understanding of your needs and interests, iv) for personalising and improving your experience, and v) for providing or offering software updates and product announcements.

Geo-Location Information: Some Devices you may use allow applications to have access to real-time location-based information (eg. GPS). Our mobile application, does not collect information like this, as of the date this policy went into effect, however we may introduce features in the future with your consent when further improvements occur on our Services. The photos that you store on Bonsai Cloud Solutions Services, could contain recorded location information. We may use this information to optimise your experience. Some of the data we collect from a Device, for example IP address, can be sometimes used to approximate a Device’s location.

Analytics: We also collect information (ourselves or using third party services) using logging and cookies. This information can sometimes be correlated with Personal Information. We use this information for the above purposes and for monitoring and analysing the use of the Service, for the Service’s technical Administration, for increasing our service’s functionality and user-friendliness and for verifying users have the necessary authorisation needed for the Service to process their requests. 3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Your Use: Your Personal Information will be displayed on your profile page and elsewhere on the Service according to the preferences that are set in your account. All information you choose to provide should reflect on how much you want others to know about you. Please consider with care what information you wish to disclose in your profile page and your desired level of anonymity. You are able to review and revise all your profile information at any time. We may share or disclose your information with your consent, for example if you use a third party application to access your account (see below). Certain features of the Service, may have the ability to make some of your information public. Public information may be broadly and quickly disseminated.

Service Providers, Business Partners and Others: Trusted third party companies and individuals may be used to help us provide, analyse, and improve the Service (this can include, data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of the Service’s features, plus more). Access to your information will be given to these third parties only for performing these tasks on our behalf and under obligations similar to those in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Applications: We might share your information with a third party application with your consent, for example when you choose to access our Services through such an application. We are however not responsible for what those parties chose to do with your information, therefore you should make sure that you trust the application and that it has a privacy policy acceptable to you.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement Requests: As protection of Bonsai Cloud Solutions Right’s, we may disclose to parties outside Bonsai Cloud Solutions files stored in your Bonsai Cloud Solutions Services. We also may disclose information about you that we collect when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to i) comply with law, regulation or compulsory legal request; ii) protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury; iii) prevent fraud or abuse of Bonsai Cloud Solutions or its users; or iv) to protect Bonsai Drive’s property rights. If your Bonsai Cloud files are provided to a law enforcement agency as stated above, we will remove Bonsai Cloud’s encryption from the files before handing it over to the law enforcement. However, we are not able to decrypt any files you may have encrypted before storing them on Bonsai Cloud.

Business Trasnfers: If we become involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or portions of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If any of these changes occur, we will notify you via email and/or by a prominent notice on our website. We will also inform you of any change in control or use of your Personal Information or Files, or if either become subject to a different Privacy Policy. We will also make you aware of any choices you would have regarding the information.

Non-private or Non-Personal Information: Your non -private, aggregated, or otherwise non-personal information, such as usage stats of our Service may be disclosed.

4. Changing or Deleting Your Information

If you are a registered user, in your “account settings”, you have access to review, update, correct or delete any Personal information provided at registration or in your account profile. If you wish to cease use of our Service, you can change you personal information by updating or deleting them in account settings to state that you wish to terminate your usage of our Services. In some cases we may retain copies of your information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

As long as you have an active account with us, we will retain your information, or as long as is needed to provide you with our Services. Due to legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, we may choose to retain and use your information. Keeping within these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon request. However, there may be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions are likely to exist after deletion. We also do not delete any files that you have common with other users on our servers.

6. Social Networks

We use various Social Media networks, which are publicly accessible by everyone. You should be aware that any information you may provide in these networks, may be read, collected and used by others who access them. We may also quote you on any information provided on these networks for our own marketing (for example using a post from Facebook as a testimonial of our Service).

7. Security

We regard the security of your information as very important to us. When you need to enter sensitive information (such as bank details or credit card numbers) we encrypt the transmission using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow the general high level standards when protecting the information submitted to us, both during transmission and also once we receive it. We are also aware that no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
